JerseyArts.com is owned and operated by the ArtPride New Jersey Foundation in partnership with the New Jersey State Council on the Arts through the Discover Jersey Arts program. This statement addresses collection, use and security of and access to information that may be obtained through the use of this web site.

You may choose whether to provide personal information on`line.

"Personal information" is information about a natural person that is readily identifiable to that specific individual. Personal information includes such things as an individual's name, address and phone number. A domain name or Internet protocol address is not considered personal information. We collect no personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us when you submit information through the sections that request information such as when registering for Jersey Arts Ticket membership , signing-up for the electronic newsletter or participating in a contest. When this information is submitted, your contact information is automatically added to our database of members. This database is used for correspondence which may be sent to you from Discover Jersey Arts. You may click here to opt-out of this membership database via email or mail us a "Remove My Membership" opt-out request at the address below. Doing so will remove you from our membership list.

Discover Jersey Arts may occasionally make the names and mailing addresses of our members available to nonprofit arts and cultural organizations that match their interests based on the preferences selected when requesting Jersey Arts Ticket membership. We do not share email addresses. If you prefer not to receive information from these organizations there is an opt-out feature for members to select when submitting their request. You may also click here to notify us via email or mail us a "Do Not Share" opt-out request at the address below. Doing so will result in your continuing to receive mailings directly from Discover Jersey Arts, but not from any of our nonprofit partner organizations.

As mentioned above, we offer a free electronic newsletter to users. Discover Jersey Arts gathers the email addresses of users who voluntarily subscribe. Users may remove themselves from this mailing list by following the link provided in every newsletter that points users to the subscription management page or click here to email us a "Remove My Email" request. We only use a subscriber’s email address for the use of the Discover Jersey Arts electronic newsletter and do not share email addresses with any outside organizations.
